Orders are shipped from Canada post. If you are pre-ordering, your order will be sent out when all items become available unless otherwise noted. 

Processing time is 1-2 business days; except for pre-ordered items or international orders. International orders are 3-5 business days for processing before shipping

Business days are based on Canadian holiday schedule and are typically Monday to Friday of any week excluding holidays.
