Orders are shipped from Canada post. If you are pre-ordering, your order will be sent out when all items become available

Processing time is 1-2 business days; except for pre-ordered items or international orders. International orders are 3-5 business days for processing before shipping

Business days are based on Canadian holiday schedule and are typically Monday to Friday of any week excluding holidays.

Return Policy

Any items under $25 are final sale except when manufacturers issue

14 days return from Post confirmation delivery

Buyer pays return shipping / shipping cannot be refunded (except in case of manufacturer warranty)

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Pictures of damaged items need to be included with claim. The package is not considered part of the item and blemishes are not covered.
